What is type“E” Bio-stimulator dermal fillers and how does it work?
*TGA restrictions forbid the use of the name of this dermal filler*
Type “E “ dermal fillers are the first dermal fillers which acts as a biostimulator of collagen to produce both immediate and long lasting results.
It is made up of 2 substances:
1) Poly-caprolactone (PCL) microspheres which is polymer that is completely absorbable
2) Gel carrier for the PCL
When type “E” dermal fillers is injected into the skin, there is immediate correction of wrinkles and folds due to the effects of the gel carrier.
The gel carrier is gradually resorbed by the body after a few weeks. As the gel carrier is resorbed, the PCL microspheres stimulate collagen type 1 production which replaces the volume of the resorbed gel carrier.
The different lengths of the PCL chain determine the longevity of the dermal fillers from 1 to 4 years
Is this treatment suitable for me?
“E” is ideal for long lasting lines and wrinkles correction, restoring facial contours and volume, improvement of facial laxity and jawline.
